The short version: we collect your name, phone number and email so our team can respond to the marketing requests you post. We verify your phone number so nobody else can see your requests. If you join Lasan Mart Hub, we also collect the profile details we need to send you work. We do not sell your data, and you can delete it at any time.
Who we are
Lasan Mart is operated by Lasan Media Works, based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. We provide online and offline marketing services to businesses, and this app is how you tell us what you need.
We also run Lasan Mart Hub, a separate app for the creators, vendors and freelancers who do some of that work. This policy covers both apps. What is specific to Hub is set out in its own section below.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to your requests.
Information you give us
- Your name, phone number and email address, so our team can contact you about a request
- Your business name, description and sector, where you choose to provide them
- Your Instagram and Facebook IDs, if you add them to your profile
- Your business address, if you set one — either by typing it, or by using your location
- A profile photo and company logo, if you upload them
- The content of your requests: what service you want, your budget range, timing and any description you write, including any creators or freelance skills you ask for
- Your one-tap feedback on finished work, which only our team sees
- Videos and captions you post to Lasan Vibes, and what you tell us when you ask to post
- Which Lasan Vibes videos you like
Information collected automatically
- A device token, if you allow notifications, so we can alert you when a request changes status
- Basic technical information needed to deliver the app, such as your device type and app version
- View counts on Lasan Vibes videos, which are anonymous and not linked to you
- Usage statistics in Lasan Mart through Google Analytics for Firebase, such as which screens are opened and which features are used. We look at these in aggregate and do not attach your name, phone number or email to them
How we verify your identity
Your phone number is how we keep your requests private. When you first post a request, we send a one-time code by SMS to confirm the number belongs to you. This verification is handled by Google Firebase Authentication.
You may also choose to sign in with Google, in which case we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We still verify your phone number separately.
How we use your information
- To contact you about a request you have submitted
- To show you the status and history of your own requests
- To send you a notification when a request changes status
- To display videos you post to Lasan Vibes, along with your username
- To improve our services and understand which services businesses ask for most
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to the request you made.

We share information only with the services that make the app work, and only as much as each one needs:

Storing and delivering Lasan Vibes videos, profile photos and company logos

We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Lasan Vibes is public
Videos you post to Lasan Vibes are visible to everyone using the app, along with the username generated from your name. Please only post content you are happy to share widely.
You can edit the caption or delete your own videos at any time from the app. Deleting removes the video for everyone and removes the file from our storage.
Lasan Mart Hub partners
If you join Lasan Mart Hub as a creator, vendor or freelancer, we verify your phone number the same way, and you can also sign in with Google.
What we collect from partners
- Your name, phone number, email address, city, a short description and a profile photo
- Creators: your Instagram handle, what you post about, your follower count and your rate per post
- Vendors: your company name, GST number, the services you offer and your rate card
- Freelancers: your skills, a portfolio link, your Instagram handle and your rate card
- The jobs we offer you and how you respond: accepting, declining with a reason, progress updates and notes
- Messages you send our team from the app about payment, your profile, availability or anything else
Who sees your profile
A person on our team reviews every profile before it goes live, and again after you edit it. Once a creator is approved, businesses browsing Lasan Mart can see their name, photo, Instagram handle, follower count, category, city, rate per post and description. They never see your phone number, email or GST number. Vendor and freelancer profiles are seen only by our team.
When we offer you a job, you see the client's first name, their city and the brief. Everything else stays with our team.
Leaving Hub
Ask our team to pause your profile and no new work will reach you. To leave for good, request deletion from the Account tab in the app. We remove your profile, work history and everything else we hold about you within 30 days.
How long we keep it
- Your contact details and requests are kept while you use the service, so you can see your own history
- Videos are kept until you delete them, or until our team removes them
- Notification tokens are removed when you uninstall the app
- You can delete everything at any time. See below
Your choices
Deleting your data
In Lasan Mart, go to Settings and tap Delete Account. That removes your contact details, requests, notifications, likes and videos straight away, along with your phone sign-in. It doesn't touch a Lasan Mart Hub profile on the same number, which you delete from Hub itself.
Or email admin@lasanlabs.com from the address linked to your account, or call us, and we will delete your contact details, requests and videos within 30 days. We will confirm once it is done.
Notifications
Turn off notifications for Lasan Mart in your phone's settings at any time. You will still see updates inside the app.
Location
Location access is optional and only used when you set your business address. You can decline it and type your address instead, or revoke it in your phone's settings.
Clearing this device
Tap Settings, then Log Out, to clear your saved details from a device. Your requests remain linked to your verified phone number.
Keeping it secure
Your requests can only be read by someone who has verified your phone number by SMS. Information travels over encrypted connections, and our database is not publicly accessible.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong.
Children
Lasan Mart and Lasan Mart Hub are business tools and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
