For Lasan Mart and Lasan Mart Hub. You can do it in the app, or ask us here without the app.

Lasan Mart

For businesses

  1. 1Open Lasan Mart and go to Settings
  2. 2Tap Delete Account and confirm

Deleted straight away.

Lasan Mart Hub

For creators, vendors and freelancers

  1. 1Open Lasan Mart Hub and go to the Account tab
  2. 2Tap Delete my account and confirm

Our team deletes it within 30 days, and you can follow it in the Support tab.

Without the app

Email us from the address on your account, or call us, and tell us the phone number you signed up with and which app it is for. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

Lasan Mart

  • Your contact details
  • Your requests and their history
  • Your notifications and Lasan Vibes likes
  • Videos you posted to Lasan Vibes, including the files
  • Your phone sign-in

Lasan Mart Hub

  • Your partner profile, photo and rate card
  • Your work history: offers, updates and notes
  • Messages you sent our team from the app
Each app is deleted separately. Deleting Lasan Mart does not delete a Lasan Mart Hub profile on the same number, and the other way round.

What we keep

Nothing tied to your account. View counts on Lasan Vibes videos are anonymous and were never linked to you. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
